Listen all you guys and gals in Cambodia. You can't just ask I want to know about.... Each scholarship is different depending on the college/university and the country. If you have an outstanding academic record from an accredited high school or (junior) college or university with proper documentation and all this is recognized by the institution you can apply at the appropriate institution. You will then be asked to take an exam and an interview. If you need to travel to the respective country most of the institutions will help with visa and travel expenses. I have a Khmer family with 3 kids so I know about these things. Don't think a scholarship is an easy way to get an F1-visa to come to the U. S. or similar visa to go to other countries. All the countries are very restrictive with their visas.

I still believe you need to go thru your country ministry of education especially for Cambodia. The ministry will start you with the informaion how you can prepare yourselve for the any scholarship program. There are so many option in Cambodia:
1.For those don't care about money, you just pay Govt officials for Scholarship and come oversea.
2.For those are lover boys, you just date one of the officials daughters who her dads handle the scholarship things.
3. If you don't meet any of the 1 and 2 above, work harder to get better job in school. Search in internet if you know how to chat in this website already. Go to such as US embassy and ask them. Ask someone who got Scholarship already...etc.

True, don't just ask. Work in any form to get it. It arn't come easy.
